Legal Counsel Forum

ACEC/PA is now hosting a Legal Counsel Forum, designed for in-house member firm legal counsel or executives in firms without in-house counsel.  This forum will regularly meet to discuss critical legal issues that affect the consultant community, including contract indemnification, duty to defend, statute of repose, and more.  Chaired by Tony Potter from Offit Kurman, this forum is the opportunity to stay abreast of important cases, issues, and changes to Pennsylvania law that could affect your firm.
