Legislative Day 5/13/2025

Join us for a full day of engagement and advocacy at the state capitol as we connect with key legislators to discuss the pressing issues affecting our industry.

Agenda:

8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Breakfast at the Capitol – Start the morning networking with peers and industry leaders while enjoying breakfast in the Ryan Office Building Library.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Meetings with Legislators – Scheduled discussions with senators, representatives and key staffers that will provide an opportunity to advocate for policies that impact the engineering profession in the commonwealth.*

5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Evening Reception at the Harrisburg Hilton – Conclude the day with a reception that will offer a chance to connect with colleagues, policymakers, and stakeholders in a relaxed setting.

Your participation is vital in shaping the future of our industry. Additional details on registration and scheduling will be provided soon.

*Our members will be placed into teams based on where you live and work in an effort to capitalize on these purposeful meetings. When you arrive in the morning, you will be given a schedule with those meetings for the day. The schedule is very fluid so it won't be provided in advance as it will be a very busy day at the Capital.
