FutureNOW Shell Pennsylvania Petrochemicals Complex Tour 9/19/2025

FutureNOW is a brand-new initiative for ACEC/PA geared towards early-career engineers with 15 years or less of experience. This is an opportunity for our next generation of engineering leaders to network with peers of their own experience level and learn from leaders in our industry.

Our next event will be a tour of the Shell Pennsylvania Petrochemicals Complex in Monaca, PA. Our host, Julian White, engineering manager at the Shell Plant, will host our young professionals for a full afternoon beginning at noon that includes the following:

• Lunch
• Overview of the site with a brief history of the project and it's products
• Tour of the Application Hall where they showcase the type of products made from their plastic pellets
• Site tour of entire plant via bus
• An overview of Julian's global career in the energy engineering industry, followed by Q&A

This is a free event, but space is very limited. Specific instructions will be sent out to attendees prior to the event.
