2026 Diamond Awards for Engineering Excellence

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania’s (ACEC/PA’s) annual Diamond Awards for Engineering Excellence recognizes engineering firms for projects that demonstrate a high degree of achievement, value and innovation. The program is open to consulting engineering firms practicing in Pennsylvania who are members of ACEC/PA. Dues must be paid in full prior to September 30, 2025, to participate.
The 2026 Call for Entries is now open to all ACEC/PA member firms practicing in Pennsylvania. Please consider submitting your project for an award at the upcoming Diamond Awards for Engineering Excellence gala in January. The deadline to submit a project is Friday, October 31.

Special Award Categories
In addition to the coveted Best Panel Award and Grand Conceptor Award, there are four independent awards for individuals and/or organizations who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement, diversity, and growth of the consulting engineering profession. They are:

Client of Distinction – This award is to recognize an organization or subdivision in the private or public sector that has made an outstanding contribution to the advancement and growth of the consulting engineering profession.

Distinguished Award of Merit – The purpose of this award is to recognize an individual in or related to the engineering profession who has made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of the consulting engineering profession and support to ACEC/PA.

Workforce Impact – This award is to acknowledge programs that demonstrate an understanding of workforce development and the importance of what this means to our industry today.

Most Valuable Partner – The purpose of this award is to honor a small business firm that has shown to be a great partner to our ACEC/PA member firms.

Online nominations for Special Awards are being accepted until noon, Friday, Nov. 21, 2025.
Winners will be notified in December and should plan to attend the event in January where they will be presented with the award.
