We're excited to announce the 2026 Annual Leadership Meeting in Charlottesville, Virginia. The 2026 meeting will take place June 14-16, 2026 at the Boar's Head Resort.
This meeting is a great opportunity for C-suite, executive level, and senior level management to hear from leaders in the industry and spend time networking in a relaxed atmosphere.

Hotel Information
There is a room block at the Boar's Head Resort for the nights of June 12th to June 18th at a group rate of $279 per night, plus prevailing taxes, currently 14.3%. There is a two night minimum for the weekend (Friday and Saturday) nights. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. The resort fee is $25 per night (taxed at 5.3%) which covers high speed wireless internet access, online newspaper in the room, parking, use of the fitness center including sauna and steam rooms, use of resort fishing equipment, and participation in daily fitness classes. Cut-off is Tuesday, May 12. Use this link to make your reservation.

Attire
Dress is resort casual for this event. Jackets or ties are not expected.

Golf
We have several tee times set aside for us on Sunday, June 14 at Birdwood Golf Course located right at the resort, starting at 8:30am. Please contact Sarah Babski if you would like to reserve a spot. Cost is $165 per golfer which includes carts, green fees, taxes and warm up balls for the range. You may rent clubs which is $60 per set. Please let Sarah know at time of booking.

Airport Information
This resort is about four hours driving from Harrisburg, five hours from Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. The Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport (CHO) is located about 20 minutes from the resort if you plan to fly.
