Meeting Minutes

Typically, selections or shortlistings will take place at the second Commission meeting of the month, which is the third Tuesday. On the Commission's website, we are posting our advertised projects. Under each project, there is a .pdf of the ad and a .pdf listing of firms responding to the ad. On the responding firms list, we have been noting the anticipated month for selection or shortlisting. It all really depends on the individual project schedules as to how quickly they more through the process.

As for past selections, on the website, we have listed all of the selections for the past six months, and under the archives page we have selection records back to late 1999.
