On Wednesday, January 11, 2012, R. Alan Bailey, Project Manager with ACEC/PA Member Firm Sucevic, Piccolomini & Kuchar, Inc. of Uniontown, Pennsylvania presented formal testimony to the PA House Democratic Policy Committee at their hearing on transportation which was held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
